You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately via our customer service phone number and by email at support@renewedreliance.com Make sure to clearly mention your order number in the email.

After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, as the order processing will already have started. Therefore, please carefully review your order before completing it.

Has your package already been shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product within the return period after receiving it.

How can I use my discount code?

You can apply a coupon or discount code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be automatically applied before completing your payment.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Most of the times depending on the newsletter by signing up for our newsletter, you will usually receive a discount code. We also offer special discounts when purchasing multiple items, depending on the promotion.

If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

Shipping and Delivery

No, we cover all shipping costs for orders over €40. Whether you choose home delivery, delivery to another address, or pickup at a collection point, you will never pay any additional costs.

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €50! 🚚✨

Shipping costs for other European countries are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you choose. We offer several options so you can receive your order within a timeframe that suits your needs and budget. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 18:00 CET will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible and process orders within 24 hours of placement.

Netherlands & Belgium
If you place an order before 18:00, it is usually processed the same day, and you can expect delivery within 1–2 days. In rare cases, delays may occur with the carrier, but you will be kept informed throughout the process.

Germany & Luxembourg
1–3 business days

Other European countries
2–5 business days

During certain seasons and sale periods, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand at the carrier, for example during the holiday season. Although this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for such delays, we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

If you place and pay for your order before 18:00, it will be shipped the same day and you will usually receive it the next day. Delivery is handled by PostNL or DHL. Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or national holidays.

Yes, all products you see in the webshop are available for immediate delivery.
If a product unexpectedly goes out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. Only in the rare case that another customer completes the purchase of the same item just before you do, it may happen that the device is no longer available.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. With this code you can easily track your shipment.

If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a “missed delivery notice.” With this notice, you can collect your package from the nearest PostNL pickup point starting the next day. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to us after two weeks.
Yes, during checkout you can choose delivery to one of the approximately 2,000 PostNL pickup points. You can select a pickup location yourself, for example near your workplace or in a shopping center that you visit frequently.

My package hasn’t been delivered

It is possible that the package was delivered to one of your neighbors without this being shown in the Track & Trace information.

Did you receive a damaged item or do you have a complaint about your order?

It is possible that an item may be damaged during transport by the carrier. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 2 to 4 days after receiving your order.

Describe the problem as clearly as possible so that we can quickly provide an appropriate solution.

Please note: Reports of damaged items submitted after this period unfortunately cannot be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return items within 30 days. After we receive the returned product, you will receive your refund within 7–10 days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs and may offer a replacement product or a full refund.

Yes, return shipping is at your own expense, and you will need to arrange the return label yourself.

We aim to minimize our environmental impact. By having customers cover return shipping costs, it encourages more mindful purchasing decisions, which helps reduce unnecessary shipments.

  • New and sealed products, including mobile phones, if the seal has been broken.

  • Custom-made products or items with a clearly personalized character.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed, depending on their nature.

Product warranties & Other General Questions

Because we stand firmly behind our products, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our devices. However, in rare cases it may happen that a device does not function properly after a short period of time. If this occurs, you can be assured that we will resolve the issue for you.

All products purchased from us are covered by a statutory warranty in accordance with European regulations. Statutory warranty means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations you may have of it. This means the item must be in good condition upon delivery and should function properly under normal use. In addition to the statutory warranty, we also consider the expected economic lifespan of the product, as some products naturally last longer than others.

Please note that the warranty must be handled directly through Phone Bolt. If a device is repaired by a third party without our permission, the warranty will become void. Damage that falls outside the warranty can still be repaired by us at a competitive rate. The statutory warranty remains valid regardless of any additional warranty we may offer.

Battery Warranty

The warranty period for batteries is 1 year.
The minimum battery capacity is 85% upon delivery, with a minimum of 70% of the original capacity by the end of the warranty period. If necessary, you can have your battery replaced by us at a favorable rate outside of the warranty.

Inspection Fee

If a device is returned to us and no defect is found after inspection, we reserve the right to charge €40 for inspection and processing costs. These costs must be paid in advance before the device is returned, or they may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Returning a Device

When returning a device, it must be reset to factory settings. Please make a backup of your data beforehand. If resetting the device is not possible, you must provide your access code on the return form. Phone Bolt is not responsible for any loss of data.

All of the warranty terms mentioned above are handled through Phone Bolt. These terms refer to our own warranty policy and do not affect your statutory rights under European consumer law.
