Renewed Reliance operates an online webshop offering electronics including but not limited to:
- smartphones
- tablets
- laptops
- smartwatches
- accessories
- other consumer electronics
Products are sold directly by Renewed Reliance unless stated otherwise.
2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all users of the website including:
- visitors
- customers
- resellers
- business buyers
These Terms apply to both:
Consumers (B2C) – individuals purchasing for personal use
Business customers (B2B) – companies or resellers purchasing for commercial purposes
3. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to place an order.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate.
However:
- minor variations may occur
- obvious errors or pricing mistakes do not bind Renewed Reliance
If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will inform the customer and provide options.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
The purchase agreement is concluded when:
- the order is confirmed
- payment has been accepted
Renewed Reliance reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- pricing errors
- suspected fraud
- stock issues
- incorrect customer information
6. Prices
All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and additional fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers including:

- Mollie
Available payment methods may include:
- iDEAL
- credit card
- debit card
- bank transfer
- other supported payment services
Renewed Reliance does not store full credit card information.
8. Delivery
Orders are delivered using trusted shipping providers including:
- DHL
- PostNL
- UPS
- DPD
Delivery will normally take place within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Risk of damage or loss remains with Renewed Reliance until the product is delivered to the customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period begins the day after the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify:

- the customer bears return shipping costs unless stated otherwise
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
10. Returns
Returned products should be:
- complete
- unused where possible
- returned with accessories
- returned in original packaging where available
If the original packaging is unavailable, customers must ensure proper protective packaging.
11. Warranty and Product Conformity
Products must comply with the agreement and meet reasonable expectations for quality and functionality.
Consumers benefit from statutory warranty rights under Dutch and EU consumer law.
Additionally, Renewed Reliance may offer a commercial warranty of up to two years depending on the product.
12. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
- accidental drops or impacts
- liquid damage
- misuse or improper maintenance
- unauthorized repairs
- incompatible chargers or accessories
- normal wear and tear
These exclusions do not affect statutory consumer rights.
13. Complaints

If a longer investigation is required, customers will be informed accordingly.
14. Business Customers and Resellers (B2B)
Business customers purchasing products for commercial purposes may be subject to different conditions.
In particular:
- the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply
- products must be inspected upon delivery
- defects must be reported within 5 business days
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 6-month commercial warranty applies to business purchases.
Business customers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws when reselling products.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Renewed Reliance shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses
- loss of profit
- loss of business opportunities
- loss of data
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from:
- gross negligence
- intentional misconduct
- death or personal injury
- mandatory consumer protections
16. Force Majeure
Renewed Reliance is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters
- supplier delays
- transportation disruptions
- technical failures
- government actions
17. Retention of Title
Ownership of products remains with Renewed Reliance until full payment has been received.

19. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Consumers may rely on mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in their country of residence within the EU.

Consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform for dispute resolution.
21. Amendments
